Golden turmeric tahini dressing
Decadent yet healthy , this golden turmeric tahini dressing is a must try and perfect for any bowl or salad!
I love a homemade dressing.
If you ask me, nothing beats knowing exactly what’s in your food and creating dishes using non-aggravating health promoting ingredients.
Because store-bought sauces and dressings are almost always riddled with excessive oils, too much sugar, and a mile-long ingredient list filled with words we can’t pronounce, I almost always make my own.
But I often get my inspiration when browsing health food stores or eating out at healthy restaurants.
That’s exactly how this Golden Turmeric Tahini Dressing came to life - it’s inspired by the famous Turmeric Tahini Dressing from Erewhon, a local organic grocery store here in Los Angeles.
The version I created here tastes nearly identical to the store-bought version, only simpler.
I have been eating it all week long - it’s that good. And now you can make it right at home too.

Health Perks
Immune Boosting - garlic and turmeric are both well known for their immune-boosting qualities and ability to reduce inflammation, strengthen the body and fight off infection.
Low in sugar and naturally sweetened. There’s a very minimal amount of sugar per serving and it’s from maple syrup, which means it has a lower glycemic index than regular sugar and won’t spike your blood sugar levels.
Tahini is loaded with health benefits. It’s a great source of healthy fats and omega 3, which will help lower cholesterol and reduce inflammation. It also contains a fair amount of protein, B vitamins and iron.
Hope you love it as much as I do!
